This withdrawal notice applies to consumers (B2C). Business customers (B2B) have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Contracting party for the paid subscription: The paid Maebe plans and add-on packages are sold and billed via our reseller "Sold through Link, LLC" (f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC), 222 South Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, USA, acting as Merchant of Record (hereinafter the "Reseller"). This means: the purchase contract for the paid service is concluded between you and the Reseller; the Reseller issues your invoice and processes the payment. Maebe (Kristof Puller) is the provider of the underlying service (provision of the Maebe platform).
All bookings are made exclusively via our website (in the browser). No purchases or subscriptions are concluded in the Maebe iOS app.
Recipient of the withdrawal: Since the purchase contract is concluded with the Reseller, your withdrawal is directed to the Reseller. For practical reasons, however, you may also declare the withdrawal to Maebe — we will forward any withdrawal declarations we receive to the Reseller without undue delay. The reversal (in particular the refund of your payment) is carried out by the Reseller, as the payment is processed via the Reseller and Maebe has no direct access to it.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). If you declare the withdrawal to Maebe, we will forward it to the Reseller without undue delay. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, the Reseller shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery or provision costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Reseller), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract is received by the Reseller — or by us. If you have declared the withdrawal to Maebe, the receipt by Maebe is decisive for the start of the period; the payout itself is made by the Reseller.
For this reimbursement, the Reseller will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
EARLY EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal expires early if:
- the performance of the service (provision of the Maebe platform) has begun with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- you have at the same time confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of the performance of the contract.
We or the Reseller obtain this consent expressly before the provision of the platform begins (e.g. via a corresponding checkbox in the order process).
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay the Reseller a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us or the Reseller of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
