Workflow
Monday, weekly planning: twelve posts sit in the calendar for three artists, prepared by their social media teams. We look them over, approve internally, then the approval links go out. One artist confirms from the tour bus, another wants a different caption on one post — the team adjusts, she confirms on her phone. By noon everything is through; publishing happens automatically or by the artist themselves when the app reminds them. And when the label asks what’s coming this week: it’s right there in their subscribed calendar.
